I have a little problem.
I’m trying to figure out what the best solution to dynamically bind a service to a given entity in Symfony2.
The easiest solution for me would be to simply write a custom service like this:
However, this solution obviously means that for every time I add a new entity I need to update my configuration file.
I’ve been told to use the @service annotation to do this.
Unfortunately I keep getting the following error when adding this:

The service you describe in your question is a custom service, not a service “annotated” as such. The configuration you posted is the configuration of a service that was previously declared using the service_container() call and annotated with @service, like you would define your application services. These services are automatically registered with the service container on boot and then registered to the service container’s service registry when they are defined.
